A graduate of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Business Administration and Law School, Chipp has practiced law in the Fredericton area for over fifteen years. As well as his formal education, Chipp has experience in business and brings a wealth of practical experience to his clients.

As a litigator, Chipp has appeared before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench – Trial, Probate & Family Divisions, and the New Brunswick Court of Appeal. In recent years Chipp has worked on a number of significant Commercial Creditor and Insolvency related matters focusing on the application of CCAA, BIA and other related legislation. Having experience in all general areas of law Chipp now focuses his practice on the areas of Corporate Commercial Transactions, Family Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.

Recently Chipp has added a collaborative law approach to his family law practice and invites family law clients to discuss with him if collaborative law might be a viable option for their circumstances.
